Anyone familiar with this error in month end close process? Result for Inventory Cost recalculation step says 1 item failed. How can I clear it

Need to find the item where the costing status is In progress Then reopen the period and run the cost revaluation for that period. Then. Recluse all the periods again

Found the item, and opened the period. Running the process on period close didn’t do it, how else can I run the recalculation? NS support said make a temporary transaction with the item and that may run it, then delete it. Is that the only way?

yes possibly....the item costing engine is kicked off by inventory affecting transactions like Item fulfillments, or inventory adjustments
