Any suggestions on a saved search that would trigger an email if PO line items were edited or added to once it is in the pending receipt status?

Record type: Purchase ORder. " Criteria" filters:Status is = to Pending Request. Main Line is = to False ( to exclude the header info and only focus on line items) .. Type is = to Purchase Order Line (to filter only purchase order line items) "Results" section, add the columns that you want to display in the search results, such as Item, Quantity, Date Created, Last Modified, etc. "Email" subtab to configure the email settings. oh and check the "Send Email Notifications" box.

So I don't think this will trigger a result if modified. I ended up doing System Notes field is change and the field value of old was not blank and a new field value is not empty.
