Hey everyone, I wanted to reach out regarding a concerning issue we've encountered in our NetSuite account. We have approximately 10 subsidiaries, and all their accounting periods, except for one subsidiary, are closed up to Jun 2023...for the one Sub. - the accounting period are closed up to Feb 2023. However, we've noticed that even though the accounting periods are closed, the other subsidiaries are still able to edit and create transactions in their books up to Feb 2023. This behavior is unexpected and worrisome. Has anyone else in the group come across a similar issue? We would appreciate any insights or advice on how to address this problem or check whether we did something wrong...We want to ensure that our accounting records remain accurate and secure, and any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
And double check you've locked the periods

Are you using multi book how come you’ve all the sub closed until June and one until Feb 2023. Looks like all the sun are closed until 2023 and rest of the period until June 2023 is locked not closed and people with override period restrictions are posting transactions in these periods. A screenshot of period will be helpful.
Just to confirm you can’t close by subsidiary you can only lock by subsidiary that’s why you are having above issue.
