Anyone from AVALARA in this channel? Our customer success manager and customer account rep are not helpful and we need some issues addressed and actioned.

We struggle with Avalara account managers. Not responsive unless you are asking for something to buy. Perhaps take that approach...contact them in the guise you need a new licence for something....
