Does anyone know why my account would do this. Its not happening in anyone else account.

Love the effect. I believe it is most likely a client script. Run through

Customization > Scripts > Scripted records > Item Fulfillment

, and disable client scripts one at a time. Usually an action such as fieldChanged or something is hitting some sort of issue, and NS reacts in this manner.
