Is it possible to display quantity available and quantity committed on Inventory Adjustments? Do I need to source the Item on a custom transaction line field? I would have assumed this would be native.

you might be able to get away with sourcing from the item record if your instance doesn't have one world or locations enabled. Otherwise I think you'd need to source from search results
