does NetSuite have a solution to be able to send different email (depending on content) to different email address on the customer account Example: i want invoices to go to accounting@companyname.com tracking numbers to be emailed to a different email proposals to be sent to a different email I want this to be done in a more automated fashion

No, I don't think it will. The emails are going to go to the primary contact email on the customer record in NetSuite. How would you setup a workflow to work correctly going to the exact customer email you want in every different scenario

Create custom email field like AR/AR email, Buyer Email, etc then use workflow to send email on the basis of custom email fields.

I've done this before using custom fields to flag the transaction type and custom email addresses for each type (or pull from contacts). You would use custom fields, workflow, and scripting.
