Hi all, while posting an order refund from Shopify to NetSuite using the Celigo integration app, we received the following error:

"Failed to refund order #5xxxxxx, No invoice/cash sale found in NetSuite."
We are able to find the order using the number. We've also tried to solve this by adding a filter instructed in this article LINK, however, the error persists. Do you know what might cause this? Any advice on how to solve it? Thank you!

Was the order in NetSuite also made by the integration app or was it potentially manually made? I would open a sales order that did work and open the sales order that doesn't work and compare everything to see what's different.
