HI Guys can you help me please to solve the following issue on celigo integration: we i run billing flow which is responsible for creating invoices in netsuite it's give me the following error: "Failed to save record because Transaction was not in balance. Total =xxxx" I have tried to created the invoice manually in netsuite and it created successfully. is there any hint ??? thanks
t
Can you send a screenshot of the request? You can find it by the error when you have the error open.

If you only have these fields mapped, does it work? This would of course be a full invoice and not partial, but I'm trying to rule things out. Do you need to map in the tax rates and tax code? I think they would default to what is on the sales order no?
Maybe not since you are removing all lines first.

no i don't map tax code or tax rate i have only default mapping from celigo
i even tried to takeoff dynamic mode
but still have the same error

Interesting. Would this be relevant to your company setup? https://www.netsuiterp.com/2018/10/csv-import-invoice-transaction-was-not.html

I had this exact error and it was driving me nuts. I finally figured out it was a NetSuite defect with tax rounding settings. I was using a role for a Chilean subsidiary, so although the transaction was for an Australian customer and had nno connection to Chile, it was still trying to round the tax based on the Chile tax setting and throwing the transaction out of balance

thank so much @michoel but when i went to set up tax i found that they use AvaTax
