Has anyone ever done a telephone integration into NetSuite?

I am wondering about the level of dificulty

the functionality would be that they call the office, it looks up

that number, pulls up the customer record and logs the call.

We have done something like that here for a customer, using the caller ID functionality of a phone system. I was not involved much in that project, so I don't have that much details. But it works just like you describe.
