I know the error is usually thrown from the send email function but no email is being sent. I believe however that an email is being sent in a workflow unrelated to the suitelet

vicdidia: Have you checked if the Suitelet is triggering the workflow? If it is triggering the workflow, check the settings used in the Send Email action.

@rustyshackles yes, it is triggering the workflow. The suitelet creates an item which triggers the workflow. I'll check that out. Though why would I be getting the error in the Suitelet?

Its part of the call stack it will show in the Suitelet logs and Workflow logs

Ah I see, that makes sense. Right now I don't have access for the account. Do you know what setting should be changed and I can relay that to the team?

Sorry for the late reply, try setting the execution context of the workflow action to User Interface so that it wont run when the Suitelet executes.
