Yes, and I definitely agree about back tracking and developing some time fields to work off the employee / case records but I don't have complete access to those at this time....So I think I may be stuck to trying to do this on the saved search end. I know there's a way of expressing total time on a saved search column. I think that could be a good start. Going to have a further fiddle
