When somebody sends an email from a transaction (including inbound messages), the creator of the transaction must be notified real time. Is there a way to do that via saved search? I tried Message saved search but it only allows scheduled emails. If transaction saved search, the email does not seem to affect the transaction itself so no email alert is triggered when email is sent or received from the transaction.

what do the results columns of your transaction saved search look like?

Setup > Company > Email Preferences

How about the

Global BCC List

route? Would that work for your scenario? There's also the

Transactions CC

route.

Maybe a triggered workflow on the Message record?

Unfortunately, the global CC won't work for us because not all transactions will be affected. Only POs.
