hi all, any idea why items on previous SO are auto populated on new SO screen (go transaction>>sales>>enter SO>>type customer, then previous ordered items coming up )? and I am sure previous SO is not memorized, but the new SO page is reloaded and previous order id shows in new url (.app.netsuite.com/app/accounting/transactions/salesord.nl?memdoc=0&af=T&e=T&id=2126377) Thanks.

Hello Wendy, you probably doing a "copy" of your previous SO. Your link has id and memdoc parameters. New SO should have (app/accounting/transactions/salesord.nl?whence=)

Thanks @sholomon12 just an update for anyone comes across same issue, it is the preference thing, the 'auto fill transaction' was ticked.
