I created custom transaction body field, type "list/record", list/record "project", how do i reach the list of "project"?

You have, what you are showing is the projects list

It filtering some statuses and i am looking to retrieve all project statuses in that list

Do you have anything set on the sourcing/filtering tab of the field Config?

your “related project” list is a custom list seems like. find either list call Projects or Customer: Jobs or Jobs

I would first try removing all filtering from that tab and see if that brings all projects in.
