Does anyone have any idea how I can generate a 'report' for the last 24 months, M1, M2, M3 etc, purchase data by item and supplier? rather prefer a report format however if not then saved search with formula's for the months would be fine. (please attached screenshots if you have an example) thanks very much

Something like this might work for you. Filter by purchase date for the date range. Group by item, Supplier, Formulatext( extract month from purchasedate _ year from purchase date) Sum Quantity
