Anyone have a good way to manage BOMs in bulk when they come back on an RMA but components are missing? Seems like a nightmare to receive it on the RMA, unbuild and adjust inventory.

Missing? are you dealing with Assemblies or "Groups" of items.

@amcminn9009 it does seem like that's what you'd have to do. Receive the assembly, unbuild, and adjust to what components you have. I can think of custom ways to make make it a little easier, but ultimately, that's what would happen

Dealing with Assemblies specifically. Another person I spoke to said what they do is on the SO do the Assembly/BOM to fulfill, then on the RMA use an Item Group to parse out the items and receive in the individual components. The challenge with that though is you’ll now still need to unbuild and rebuild the original Assembly/BOM since it would be the same serialized Assembly/BOM coming back in.
