I’d double-check the setup, and then send a case to Support to troubleshoot if nothing obvious. Have you used this before?

We've have a lot of errors pop up in the last week or so with the EBP bundle.

If you tried as admin and also reinstalled there is not much else outside of reaching out to support you can do (considering effectiveness) - they can pull server logs noone else can access and likely pinpoint the issue right away.
