Does anyone know why at point of receiving an intercompany transfer order, NS takes the user to the receive "page" for some of the transfer orders and directly to the item receipt page for others? ss - attached showing the transfer order and the two different pages from two different transactions...

Never seen that... are you sure the Receive button on the 'Receive Orders' Transfer Order is not a custom button?
