Why not just link to the page and be done? Or are you planning to leverage the chat by paying for it under a business license of some kind and giving it some additional info on your business and configuration to allow good responses?

Ha @KevinJ of Kansas really just messing around and seeing what’s possible. I have been able to interact with iframes before but not this one for some reason.

Seems like it might be a better use of resources to build a suitelet to hit their APIs with a query than to put it as an Iframe.
