A customer of ours is getting this error message. It mentions item Description field notes, but it seems to be regarding the quantity of items. The error code is: ERR_WS_QUANTITY_OUT_OF_LIMITS. I see no information about this error in NS Help or SuiteAnswers. How many items can you have when you place an order?

This doesn’t look like a standard error so I would check the customer’s code customisations for this error message because my guess is that someone (non-NetSuite) introduced it via customisation

As I said, it doesn’t look like a standard error message. I checked public facing documentation, internal documentation and our case system and there’s no mention of it.

Interesting! It’s possible they do and there is no pre-existing case or error around them

I don't have an exact precise use case which is causing them yet. It does involve a lot of line items with many quantities
