Why would a PO not included in the Quantity On Order in the Inventory Item record? The location is marked as Make Inventory Available. The PO has location in the header and line level, is neither a drop ship nor special order, is approved, is not closed and is not yet received.

Item receipt put quantity in item record location sublist. Remember PO is non posting transactions.

I actually meant Quantity On Order and not Quantity On Hand. Yes, once received, it should be reflected in Quantity on HAND. But it is not yet, so it should be in ON ORDER but for some reason, it’s not showing there

Special Order Purchase Order (one that is inbound will be on order). Drop Ship Purchase Order (one that is outbound) will NOT display on location inventory lines. Make 100% sure it is not dropship.

Found it. It's because of the Centralized Billing preference. Should have used yhe hidden target location field.
