What do we do?

Sounds like a ticket to NS for this one. Unfortunately. Have you tried clearing your cache? (I know, I know..)
k
isn’t your P1 in FY 2024? That’s what it should be, and NS is correct, you used your P1 2023 in July 2022
j
It's the way we set up years. We'll always have to manually do it, since NS assumes by July, you mean JULY, and not late June.
k
can you just set it up starting in July and then manually adjust the dates?
Rather than setting everything up from scratch?
k
if you set up the beginning of your year in July your FY is always July though June. Something is off with your FY settings
j
It is not.
It was always set up manually.
k
I'm guessing you use the 52 weekly periods, or the 13/4 or the 4334 or whatever it is?
k
if you do it manually, keep doing, it is working for you the way it is

If it helps, in our accounts Q1 2023 would have been the first quarter in the 2022-2023 year. As the year is named as the year it end 22/23 =2023, 23/24 =2024. So in your case Q1 2023 might be Jul, Aug, Sept 2022 which would make the new period you're trying to create, Q1 2024? You should be able to see a list of the names previously used, which should help 🙂

We spoke with NS and because of the way we structure our "months", we have to manually create our periods. My company does everything the hard way, backwards, with a blindfold on.
