this code errors on fulfillment.save() saying "USER_ERROR - Please configure the inventory detail in line 1 of the item list." The only difference I can find is that in 1.0 you have to commit the sub-record after committing the sub-record lines, and before committing the line item the sub-record is attached to. however there appears to be no way of doing that and/or no documentation for it.
