Has anyone encountered this issue in a saved search?

I have a transaction saved search that sums the quantity field via summary type. When it's not grouped, the total quantity is correct. When it's grouped by item, the quantity isn't  correct anymore but if you drill down the results, the total of the individual transactions is correct.

I have encountered this multiple times in different saved searches before but I still can't figure why is this happening. 

The only special thing about my search is that it uses applied to transaction but again the results are correct when not grouped AND when you drill down to the detailed results from the summarized results.

Maybe the answer to my question is SA 77869? Not possible?

I've had a similar issue, which was caused by having 'item name/number' as an available filter (it would match multiple fields and cause duplicates in the summary results)

Also, SA `#77869` 404's for me

I would _try_ culling down your available filters and results columns until hopefully the summary results are correct and you identify the culprit field

Sorry, it's 77879. Maybe that's really the reason as stated in the article. I have more than 1 million transactions to evaluate in a saved search and I use joins.
