Spitballing: does it have a large number of lines? there are limitations on how many lines you can have on transactions (10k for JEs and 5k I think for everything else?) and maybe that's how they deal with it if you hit that limit?

Netsuite recommends 300 lines on a transaction record. After 800 lines in any transaction, it starts becoming wonky. I have seen sales orders, JE of 3k-8k lines that does not even load in few in chrome in few of the systems had to use Firefox specifically for them.

Oh 100% I'm not advocating for transactions that large. I've worked with them too and they're a huge pain. I'm just wondering if that might have been the source of @Craig's issue.
