I'm having a hard time figuring out if it actually has access to / knowledge of my repository or if it's just really good at inferring things based on the selected code in the editor

I thought copilot had access to all the repositories? That was a point of contention with it emitting copyrighted code.

as far as I know they have it limited to open source repos now
