Hi all! I’m having an issue with the celigo integration between a Big Commerce store and NetSuite. We’ve got two BC stores, one in USD and one in CAD, they are separate because US and the rest of the world have different inventory locations, there may have been other reasons as well, but I think that was the primary reason. In NetSuite, we transact in USD for all of our US sales, and in CAD for everything else. The issue is that Celigo is converting our USD order totals to CAD, then they are synced into NetSuite in USD, so they end up with a crazy adjustment line item. For example: an order in BC for $24 USD, is syncing to NetSuite as $16.03 USD because of this (from Celigo support): Amount converted to base currency = BigCommerce Total * Exchange Rate = 24 USD * 1.3322 = 31.97 Variance = Amount converted to base currency - BigCommerce total amount = 31.97 - 24 = 7.97 Celigo support told us to upgrade to OneWorld and operate the US 3PL location as a subsidiary to resolve this issue 🤣 Does anyone else have a better solution?

I assume your base currency is CAD in Company Information (NS)?

Correct

Are your payouts (not sure if a thing with BC) in CAD as well?
What I am leaning towards is I do know with PayPal and Shopify payouts, Celigo has them come in as base currency of the instance (or subsidiary) so I lean towards believing the support response.
Check out the Shopify Netsuite Release Notes v 1.38.0 July 2021. I know it’s not BC but they go over some multi currency scenarios and how they process them.

Payouts from the US store are in USD

Can you provide a ticket number?
I added a note internally to try and get more clarity. I'm thinking one world is required for the the way the integration app is made
