Hi all! I’m having an issue with the celigo integration between a Big Commerce store and NetSuite. We’ve got two BC stores, one in USD and one in CAD, they are separate because US and the rest of the world have different inventory locations, there may have been other reasons as well, but I think that was the primary reason. In NetSuite, we transact in USD for all of our US sales, and in CAD for everything else. The issue is that Celigo is converting our USD order totals to CAD, then they are synced into NetSuite in USD, so they end up with a crazy adjustment line item.
For example: an order in BC for $24 USD, is syncing to NetSuite as $16.03 USD because of this (from Celigo support):
Amount converted to base currency = BigCommerce Total * Exchange Rate = 24 USD * 1.3322 = 31.97
Variance = Amount converted to base currency - BigCommerce total amount = 31.97 - 24 = 7.97
Celigo support told us to upgrade to OneWorld and operate the US 3PL location as a subsidiary to resolve this issue 🤣
Does anyone else have a better solution?
