hey all i have quick question when i create IF in NS the description field is empty it should pull description from the item i guess that should be normal behaviors in NS but suddenly it not it there a way to fix that Thanks

That's the transaction line description field, not the item description. So it copies to the IF from the SO line item's description field. (It is referred to as the Memo field in a saved search.)

Another thing part to that... the SO Description line can populate with the Sale Description or Purchase Description depending on which field is populated. Its a rather annoying field to be honest.
