Hi, Has anyone used suite approvals? I'm currently testing this on sandbox and I have set it up for expenses when you press approve it confirms this is done on the approval routing tab but does not change the main status at the top stays as pending approval however when you press reject it works as expected? has anyone else experienced this? I had a look at suite answers and no luck so far.

I have, but not experienced what you describe. The Approval History subtab of course is helpful. The rules setup can be wonky and frustrating, especially when you have rules based on line item projects, and you're using saved search results, like I had to deal with.

👆🏻 also was wondering if perhaps there might be a $ value approval value that has not yet been met, so approval log will show approval, but it is not the 'final approval' needed?

You can make the choice in the Approval Routing section of the Approval Rule, whether it stair steps or jumps to the approver with the appropriate limit. There's also department approvers that can be assigned.
