Is Citibank supported by bankfeeds? We tried connecting citibank direct BE in US and Canada connectivity in Netsuite to view bank data from offshore banks. However, we receive error and the support team said something about new login page which is currently not supported. I checked the list of supported banks and Citibank is included. I am confused

If you are trying to view offshore accounts - did you try setting it up on the "others" page rather than the US and Canada?

My guess is Citibank won't show up as an option on that page

Yes, that's right. But the CitiDirect BE page shows all the accounts, whether within US or Offshore. Unfortunately though, we receive error trying to setup CitiDirect BE even if documentation says it is supported.
