Mostly asking to confirm suspicions, but does anyone know of a way to track changes to an item's preferred bin? Looking for when/which user changed a preferred bin for an item.

Are there multiple bins under the bin numbers tab on the item record?

No, the old bin is removed altogether when the new one is set.
