Hello! I deleted a report by accident, is there a way to retrieve it?

No. Maybe it's been captured in a recent sandbox refresh?

I didn't do a recent refresh, so probably no.

@Kris Bryant unfortunately, this happened to me as well and there isn't any native way to do so. You can contact support and they bring it back to you depending on how it was deleted but I did hear it might cost a bit.

It can't possibly be more cost effective to do that than just rebuild the report or look in sandbox to see if its there
