I have a scheduled workflow that sends out a customer statement as an attatchment. I want to change the template for the statement it is sending out, but I cannot find where I can assign the template if I can at all? Its set as my preferred, but the workflow only has a single box that says "include statement". Help?

You cannot change the template used. It will only use the preferred template each time
