Permissions question: If a role only has View permission to

, is it still possible to give this role Edit permission to only one folder in the file cabinet? I'm kind of doubting this myself, but is the only way to restrict all folders in the file cabinet?

If you edit the folder in the File Cabinet there are restrictions there that can be set up.

@Todd Juenemann Thanks. I was aware of that. It's still not clear to me whether it's possible to elevate a role's permission to one particular folder to Edit if their global permission to Documents and Files is View. What I've tried is restricting a folder to a static group with one employee, and that employee did could see the folder while it was invisible before, but it didn't give create or edit access.
