06/14/2023, 6:14 PMIs there a preferred method of accepting gift cards in NetSuite? We are currently accepting them via Shopify/Celigo as a discount. Although this works and does not affect the income account, it seems odd to have the "Amount" of the order or invoice reduced through discounting vs taking gift cards as a payment method.

06/15/2023, 2:06 PMIt shouldn't be a discount in Celigo. That extra line that is brought in should be the Gift Card payment sku. (payment item type in NS)
