Hi,  I need to see Back-ordered column in the Packing Slip. But I can't get it to work. Any ideas please?

There’s a preference to show all items on packing slips (or show backordered items on packing slips). Did you enable that?

Yes, I did. But the backordered column shows Committed QTY not backordered. So it's wrong.
