We are facing a problem though with Shopify Plus B2B and syncing via Netsuite Connector and hoping someone might have experience with this and could point me in the right direction. We have a Company set up in Shopify B2B with multiple buyer accounts associated with it. The Company main contact email matches the email for the customer record in Netsuite. When a buyer places an order on behalf of the company in Shopify, Netsuite Connector is attempting to match the buyer email to a customer in Netsuite, which fails, causing Netsuite to create a new customer record. What we want is for Netsuite Connector to use the Company main contact email to match instead of the buyer. We've tried mapping the email in Netsuite Connector, which doesn't work and have support cases open with both Netsuite and Shopify, but so far no solutions. Any suggestions?
