Has anyone ever signed up for the BETA REST api's? If so, how long did it take to get turned on after you submitted the BETA form?

3 weeks in general, 1 week after an escalation. Bare in mind that Oracle won't allow the usage of Beta in Production, only Sandboxes etc.
