Curious if anyone has come across this before. Have a scheduled saved search emailing summarized results of ~3,200 records to 4 recipients derived from the vendor contact list. The way I read all the NS help it should not truncate (less than 10k records and 5MB) but the end of the email message states "truncated - limit reached". This can't surely being viewing the results as 3,200 * 4 and thus exceeding the 10k results limit even though the search only returns 3,200?
Postscript: Yes it does. If the total number of search results x number of contacts exceeds 10,000 then it sends an attachment containing (10,000/# of contacts) records. In our test with 4 contacts we got 2,500 records in the attachment.
