yes, I did see they acknowledged an issue with the Seattle DataCenter UI, so not sure if it is this issue.

We are also on the Seattle datacenter and unable to process authorizations or captures through Cybersource and unable to send orders to our WMS (Accellos).

My ticket was escalated to a U2 urgency level.

We are seeing orders flow now and we can process through Cybersource - I hope it holds.
