Hi all, I've created some new accounts for some new subsidiaries. The CFO can see the limited liability accounts but not the cash accounts. They show up fine for me as administrator. How would you troubleshoot this?

I'd look at the cash accounts and compare the subsidiary configuration set for the limited liability accounts to see if there are any subsidiary mismatches.

Looks like the accounts and the subs are set up identical to the ones he does have access to.

I would then do a role/permission compare with the administrator role vs the CFO role

That was it! It's a new client for me and I didn't realize they didn't have cross sub enabled and were explicitly setting sub access. New subs means updating the roles to see them.
