Incident report so that folks are aware this can happen: A client of mine recently purchased a tier upgrade, and when it was completed ARM had been deprovisioned from their instance. Obviously considerable damage as all arrangements, plans, etc have simply ceased to exist. They are working with NetSuite to resolve, but a warning to all to check your system promptly after system maintenance/upgrades to make sure that you still have everything you should.

Wow. I know that NS generally discourages restoring from backups for a variety of reasons, but seems like a restore would be the only way to fix this. What a mess.

Good news! When the feature was re-enabled, all the config and historical transactions returned. No persistent damage - just gave us a big scare.
