Admin question - I am one of the few people with admin privileges, and with 2FA I occasionally need to use my personal phone to log in (especially from a different computer). I am going on vacation next week and want to make sure that my team can approve certain escalated invoices, update an incorrectly submitted invoice, add an item code, etc. without a problem while I am gone. May i simply delegate a different user as my person while I am gone?

no. you build a non-admin role with all required permissions. assign the role to your backups.

Thanks @leo_ns - do you mean that I have to build a "backup" role? I have other people with the administrator role, but they have never set up 2FA whereas I have (not sure where to enable this for others). I could generate one-time codes for them to log in, but how long will those be valid?
Or should I ask my admins to go set up their phone numbers? Perhaps they won't need it at all if they have not historically used it.

if they are admins already, then no actions needed. your 2FA is for your account only. they can enable 2FA for their accounts. all admins should have 2FA turned on enforced by netsuite. it's odd they are not on. verify they are indeed in admin role. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_1515446005.html
