i would like an opinion on a business case here.
my company is a software company with a subscription model. today deals are signed in salesforce and synced to NS through celigo. and then a subscription is created and then billed out of NS. but we would like to add an uplift to our model, but the native option in ns only allows the uplift to happen on renewal. not year over year in the same contract as i understand it. additionally there is a fixed uplift, meaning that every renewal the price goes up by a fixed percent. we would like a variable percent. so year 1 uplift may be 5% and year 2 might be 7%. has anyone had a similar model and been successful and if so how?
