Hi there, I would like to setup a shipment plan for the customer service team to be able to do the following Action Ability to pick products from sales orders and indicate quantity to create shipment notice End result gives a detailed shipment notice to warehouse/logistics on the shipment to prepare + coordination with 3rd party on container/truck sizing Display Fields Sales order no Product item code Product description Project Product number Order quantity Quantity COmplete(finished production) Quantity Shipped Out Quantity Available(Complete-shipped out) Quantity Deficit(Order quantity- quantity complete) Custom field for shipping date or ability to change delivery date by customer service Custom field for confirmed deliveyr location( as delivery location may change ) Processing Required By System 1)To consolidate orders into one shipment notice to indicate to warehouse what items to pick for staging/loading + capacity of container to coordinate -Capacity/volume calculation to be done based on the volume/weight of the products defined in the system -Continuous calculation of volume and weight as items are selected to allow customer service to prioritize item picking/shipping 2)Link shipment plan/noitce to packing list/DO/invoice created for shipment Appreciate help from anyone with knowledge here plus if you have come across or implemented something similar to leverage Netsuite data to identify what truck/container sizes u need.
