Has anyone had it where they are trying to create a new customer part number and they get the message "The customer part code already exists for this customer. Enter another code or select another customer" Problem is we cannot see anywhere that this customer part number we are trying to use is already in use. For this customer or any customers. NS support is no help as of right now and we are at a standstill. Any previous experience with this message and where we can find the conflict?

Check inactive items. The Customer Part Number records are also an independent record you can do a saved search on if I recall properly.

Thanks Rich! We have checked those lists and still do not see the number NS is saying is a duplicate. It seems like a glitch or the number is somewhere in the background
