I am the admin, but not a finance person. For some reason I cannot inactivate a GL Account. The "Inactive" field is disable, and if I try to inactivate it through the "List", I get the following message. "_1 activation(s) / inactivation(s) did not succeed. Please check and try again_" • Do any of you know any reason why? I don't know if there are any restrictions due to pending transactions or something like that. Thank you in advance.
