Hello, I am seeing that we have 302 provisional qty for full licensed users, but 304 qty is used. how is that possible? Subsequently, due to this, I am having issues assigning a new role to an existing user with access (one that consumes licenses already), as upon adding the new role to the user, I am directed to the 'New User Request' page. Has anyone experienced this before?

I’ve seen this before, when NS audits your account, and realizes licenses were over allocated. Need to contact your account rep to resolve.

If you go into the provisioning history, you can likely find the reduction.

You may also find that if you have NetSuite employees with access to your account, it may be counting their access even though it doesn't count against your provisioned licences.
