06/01/2023, 11:30 PMyes, From what I ready if you have that activated it will give you an estimate on the shipping based on the information in NetSuite before you print the labels. Is that not the case?

06/02/2023, 3:56 PMThe actual printing of the labels works, but you have to load a macro onto the computer you use to print labels that autmoatically sends a print job when a file is downloaded into a specific folder

06/06/2023, 6:00 PMSetting it up to calculate correctly also depends upon having item weights and shipping packages correct. If you don't have item weights in NetSuite, all packages default to .01 lbs, which can definitely mess up the quoting of shipping. When configuring the ship items, you can choose between your companies negotiated rate and list rates to charge the customer. It's a good solution.
